Complete engine rebuild after a catastrophic engine failure. (2015 Ford Ranger 3.2L 5 cylinder Puma Engine). A huge job overall but carried out with meticulous detail during the repair and re-assembly process. Straight forward when we are well versed in high performance engine builds though. Not an everyday job, but a good foundation for our knowledge base and expertise should give confidence in having us carry out your "routine" servicing and repair work on all makes and models.

Gearbox ECU removal on a 2013 Mercedes A220 CDi with DCT ( Dual Clutch Transmission) diagnosed, removed and sent away for specialist electronics repair. Refit will also include a subsequent gearbox ECU software update from Mercedes.

A 10" wide wheel with a 35 profile tyre is not my idea of fun. 😲 Removed with great care when other tyre specialists ran from the task. 😎

A rather expensive investment in Top of the range Tyre fitting and balancing equipment is keeping us busy. Lots of cursing with the super low profile run flat tyres helps though. ☺

Making slow but precise progress on the Noble. I'm not sure how happy Phil is that I'm holding this sander though. 😲
