Sad to here one of our good customers, #seashepherd has had their Quadh2o stolen here in the U.K.
Please keep your eyes peeled on EBay, FB etc if you see one come up for sale please let us know.

UPDATE 11/7/17 We can now confirm DJI have acknowledged the bug and have confirmed they will be addressed in the next firmware released.
--------- IMPORTANT NOTICE - HEXH2O PRO v2 owners using PAYLOAD RELEASE:
... We have found that the latest version of the #DJI N3 flight controller (version 1.7.1.5) when used with the channel expansion kit (used for our payload release system) can result in the servo becoming unresponsive when trying to activate the payload release.
After testing we believe this is caused by the latest onboard SDK support released with version 1.7.1.5. This issue has been reported to DJI.
We are recommending that HexH2O PRO customers using the payload release system should keep the N3 flight controller on version 1.7.0.0 until #DJISupport have addresses the issue.
You can downgrade the N3 firmware version via the DJI Assistant Software.

UPDATE 13/8/17 - NOW RESOLVED We pleased to confirm DJI have now released an updated version of the DJI GO app (version 3.1.14) which resolves the false errors as described below.
All HexH2O Pro customers should upgrade to this latest version before resuming flight. ---------------

--------- UPDATE - as a safety precaution we are advising customers not to fly their machines until this issue has been resolved by DJI. --------- IMPORTANT NOTICE - HEXH2O PRO V2 owners
It has been reported by #DJI and users running custom rigs with the N2, LB2 and GO app (as per the HEXH2O PROv2) that false errors may be displayed on the GO app during flight.
These include;
- insufficient hover propulsion. add load to aircraft. - tilt angle error. adjust the aircraft center of gravity - aircraft shaking error. take effective measures to reduce shaking.
These false errors only seem to be effecting users who have updated their DJI GO app to the latest version - 3.1.13 (released on the 3rd July).
If you have not yet updated your GO app to version 3.1.13, then we advise you do not. And instead leave the DJI GO app on its current version until the issue is resolved by #DJISupport and a new app version is released.
