They were proactive and energetic, traits that I think are essential when putting your life on hold and opening up your front door to the world in the hope to move. Martin, Ben and Nando worked tirelessly to market our property well, and achieved no less than 20 viewings within the space of 6 weeks, with minimal disruption! Ben landed the sale and was on it from point of offer right up until completion. He was polite, approachable and always went above and beyond. Bicester has some good independent agents (personally I’d never go with one of the big chains!) but for me Quadrant strike the perfect balance between local market know-how and agility, with experience, professionalism and brand identity. We don’t plan to move again anytime soon – but if we do, Quadrant will definitely be getting a call from us.
