... ✨Cancellation Policy✨
▪️If the appointment is cancelled 2 days before there is a 25% charge of the cost of the appointment ▪️If the appointment is cancelled the day before there is a 50% charge of the cost of the appointment ▪️If the appointment is cancelled on the day of the appointment there will be the charge of the full appointment ▪️All these charges need to be paid before the next appointment is booked
✨Salon rules✨
▪️No children under the age of 10 in the salon (please let me know before your appointment if you last minute need to bring your child, this may mean having to cancel your appointment and rescheduling, in the new salon there wont be any space to accommodate them unfortunately) ▪️Aged 13 and over for gel polish ▪️Aged 15 and over for acrylic nails and eyebrow waxing ▪️Aged 18 and over for all other treatments ▪️Anyone aged 13-17 will need parental/guardian permission for their treatments, they will need to sign consent for in person
