Quarter Inch Quilts

I've just upcycled a pillow case into this gorgeous apron suitable for a 4-6 year old.

I've really enjoyed making this vintage look wall hanging which is hand embroidered and then quilted. Just finished in time for first craft fair of the season at the Lyttleton Rooms in Malvern on Saturday 1st Feb.

Has anyone else noticed that fb algorithms has cut down your news feeds. This has been passed on by a reliable friend . You might fi d it of interest. Ok copied and paste this as it came from a top friend - however, when I spoke to a Facebook trainer recently, she said this was just red herring! I do tend to get the same friends posts pop up all the time so giving it a go!

It's ridiculous to have 503 friends and only 25 are allowed to see posts. I ignored this post earlier because I didn’t think it worked. It WORKS!! I have a whole new news feed. I’m seeing posts from people I haven’t seen in years. Here’s how to bypass the system FB now has in place that limits posts on your news feed. Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. So hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go to your page, start a new post, and put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "Paste" will pop up and click "paste". This will bypass the system. If you are reading this message, do me a favor and leave me a quick comment...a "hello," a sticker, whatever you want, so you will appear in my newsfeed‼️It WORKS!! I don’t know how many friends I have. I just want to see all of your posts that I have been missing. We shall see.....hello. 😊 Might as well have a go . Because all I see now days is advertising rubbish.

Its surprising what you can make with all those bits of scrap fabric left over from other projects. This quilt will fit nicely on the sofa to protect it from the mud glorious mud the dog leaves behind.

Just finished this quilt this morning. Got a lovely fleece backing so maybe the cold dark winter that's on its way won't be so bad at all.
