When visiting carlisle we were looking for somewhere for lunch, following reviews online we rang to see if you had a table available, unfortunately you didnŌĆÖt have one at the time however half an hr later you rang me back to say one had became available(I hadnŌĆÖt even left a contact number) on this occasion we had already found somewhere else for lunch but what amazing service-will definately be booking soon!!

Lovely Sunday lunch, staff very attentive, unfortunately my husband didnŌĆÖt eat his meal as the burger he chose had mayonnaise on it even though not mentioned on the menu. The staff were very apologetic and took the price of the burger off. Lovely food though but ask for no mayonnaise

I love this place, not only was the food fantastic but the service was brilliant. I took my children one of them having just turned one, he lovingly filled his nappy for me and on my way to the bar to ask for the key to change him one of the lovely young ladies was already on her way to unlock it for me having seen me walk towards her which I thought was brilliant service, would defiantly recommend an defiantly come back again.

Had the best white Russian ever so good I had to have another quick friendly service love the relaxing atmosphere have recommended to friends going to Carlisle today only one complaint hand dryer in ladies not working nothing to dry hands on

Fantastic food and service. Definitely recommend pulled pork and chips, and flat iron steak. Will definitely be back.

Booked Quarter Lounge for 50 people on 17th March

They were so accommodating - we had a few special menu requests which they did with no quibbles - the staff were really organised and super friendly - they brought the food out in good time - will definitely be using again for future events - well done everyone

Best burger EVER! I had the Swiss with a chocolate milkshake. Hubby had the bacon fest with a strawberry milkshake and we shared sweet potato fries. Food was amazing. Staff to polite and helpful. Can't fault it. Knocks spots off all the other so called "gourmet" burgers out there. You have to visit. Truly awesome! Every meal I saw come out looked amazing. Lots of happy faces.

Had a good meal after a days shopping and before heading off to The Sands Centre for the pantomime 30.12.17.

Slight mix up with my daughters burger, but very quickly put right and the whole meal was very nice.

Service was good and staff always smiling and attentive.

Will recommend and we will go back again for sure.
