Quasar Harlow is looking for an EXPERIENCED Receptionist/Front of house, to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team. We require a ‘can do’ attitude, positive outlook, and ability to be flexible with shifts. Hours will include evenings and weekends. The main responsibilities of this position include front of house meeting and greeting customers, handling customer enquirers, taking telephone calls, overseeing party bookings and support to in-house guests and staff, as well as... responding to emails in a professional manner. Apart from that, the suitable applicant must be trustworthy, be versatile in the role, have excellent communication and ‘people’ skills, as well as, high command of English, and being able to handle challenging situations, and work under pressure in hectic work environment.

My daughter had her 9th birthday party here yesterday with 21 other friends. Everything was set up ready, the food was hot and on time, plenty of squash and everybody from the cafe staff to the supervisors in the laser centre were outstanding.

Thank you so much for giving our son such a lovely 10th birthday party! He had such a brilliant afternoon with his friends doing the Panic Room and Quasar! Very organised, staff were so lovely, making sure we had everything we needed. Food was lovely and fresh and couldn't have asked for more! Highly recommend this for a super fun and easy, street free party!

Staff are all very friendly and helpful, we play every week can't fault the place, would we recommend this to people yes we would.

My son's 13th birthday a brilliant place him & his friends enjoyed it he can't wait to come again. Next time adults are joining in.

My Grandchild love it, staff are very polite and helpful, worth every penny, just wished they had a lift, otherwise faultless

Matthew and I go regularly and live it. The staff are so friendly and it is such good value for money. We have also had two birthday parties there and both of these were brilliant fun with great food. I could not recommend it enough for all ages

The staff were friendly and we had a great time. There were 6 of us altogether. £10 each for 2 games which i thought was very reasonable.

I was so impressed with Quasar Harlow. The lady on reception was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble throughout the whole party. The lady who looked after the kids was very approachable and the kids had a great time!! Thank you to you all (including the men in the kitchen and cafe who were also helpful �)!

Having just completed one of the Panic Rooms, our party of eight males ranging in late twenties to mid-thirties decided to relive our youth in Quasar Harlow. At £5.50 per person, this represented excellent value for money. We had the whole arena to ourselves under the excellent guidance of Brooke and it was a lot of fun.

Had my sons 11th birthday party here yesterday it was one of the best parties I have had to deal with stress free, the staff are great and take care of everything well worth the money, thank you all for making my sons day x

Fantastic experience from start to finish! When booking my sons 7th birthday party, I found the booking process was straight forward, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, the party was well organised and everyone had a great time.

The party was originally booked for the Sunday in December that we had a lot of snow and although it was still open, the manager was very understanding and without quibbling or charge, rearranged the party for the following Sunday. Which was very much appreciated, Thank you again.

My son had his 10th birthday there. All 12 kids had a great time, left with big smiley faces. Staff were all very welcoming.

My kids love quasar. How ever my daughter got hit with a last gun and they put slush puppy drink in a glove as a cold compress and it leaked all over her clothes and stained them. We thought it was quite funny but if they were expensive clothes I wouldn't have laughed. Great fun place for kids though. X

I would give 5* but they no longer have a soft play reasonable priced food! Staff very friendly ️xx

I had my boys second private hire there yesterday. A lot better organised food then last year, staff all friendly and good. However only fault , was that I booked the venue knowing there was soft play for the younger children, to find that the soft play was taken away. If you have younger children this was ideal whilst the older ones played especially with parties, and maybe any parties booked before the 7th October could be informed of this.

However communication and politeness off staff was outstanding. Clean area and my boy and he's some 30 friends loved it !!! So a big thankyou , dealing with that many kids isn't a easy job. Xxx
