The Quattro Occupational Training Academy (QOTA) is a part of The Quattro Group offering specialist and comprehensive training for anyone in the rail and construction industries.
Operated from a purpose built training centre in Lichfield, QOTA provides a wide range of courses specially designed for every sector of industry, including but not limited to:
CPCS accredited plant training and testing
NSAR accredited rail plant training
NSAR accredited rail safety training
First Aid training
CPC Driver training
Construction and plant NVQ’s Level 2 - 6
CSCS approved touchscreen test centre
Health and Safety qualifications

Big thank you to everyone that voted for our trainer Paul - he's made it to the finals of this year's Rail Staff Awards for the category 'Trainer or Training Team of the Year'! The awards will be taking place on Thursday 29th November at the NEC, Birmingham and it's all set to be a great night.

QOTA has gained approval from Lantra to offer the Highways England Common Induction course.
Highways England require that by March 2019, all construction workers on the Strategic Road Network (SRN) will have a Safety Passport which will securely hold all their key ‘authority to work’ information. The mandatory Highways England Common Induction course provides a common Health & Safety site induction across all areas of the SRN.

Some shots of our recent Driver CPC/Emergency First Aid at Work course. Pleased to report that no humans or animals were harmed during the making of this film.
Last week saw three of QOTA’s trainers undertaking advanced CPCS tests. A huge well done to them all on successful completion 👍👍👍 This will allow us to test candidates on Dump Truck and Excavator 360 - above and below 10 tonne. Watch this space for future courses…

i have recently completed my rrv excavator and excavator crane here chris was excellent and very knowledgeable.
They have good trainers, good venue, and the equipment and machinery, good staff, very helpful, I recommend to everyone
Just completed my RRV Excavator course with Chris.
Chris is a top trainer with excellent knowledge and im very pleased to have completed my training with him.
