Plain, but beautiful! Soft herringbone fabric, interlined with antique brass chains.

It's been lovely working with this herringbone fabric. I'm making two blinds, just this last bit to do and they're finished. 🎃🎃🎃
So out comes my favourite bit of winter kit. My Beurer 'SAD' lamp I bought last year and I love it.
You don't have to be sad to have one, I just miss the sunshine!!
It also provides me with excellent sewing light when it's dark and it keeps me happy too!!

Our first combined job, I often get asked if I can do what I would call fixed upholstery. I can't, but I know someone who can and Gemma is very talented.

This idea we pinched from a local restaurant. We took some months to get mirrors that fitted together. Some were second hand, some were given and all sprayed to match. I am really pleased with how they look.
