I've used Queens Taxis for a few years, always helpful and courteous. Particularly good for airport runs, not expensive and just as important very reliable. I would recommend them to anyone.
this is an amazing taxi firm. been using them for just over a year and have not had one single problem. they help my grandma in and out the car when taking her to the hospital every single time and are always friendly. recommended

Pre-booked a taxi for 4am to the train station, with a very nice lady in the office taking the order. Taxi arrived a few minutes before 4 with a friendly and helpful driver, and service cost less than a fiver. Great start to the day!
Brilliant experience. Incredibly friendly driver. Knew quick routes. Polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. They will be the first cab firm I call every time now. Thank you :)
Always use them. Arrive on time, drive safe, fair fares and friendly, professional people in the office. Would have to make a big change in how they do things to lose my custom.
Just to add: I've been picked up by the owner a few times in the past (though I've no evidence he was the owner, but it would be a bit weird that the same older gentleman would pick me up multiple times over the years and claim it), and he is one of the nicest guys you could hope to meet. Seems very honest, open and genuine... I got no kind of bragging vibe from him whatsoever.
Booked a few times with this company, have had a couple successful journeys but the last few have been late by 20 minutes onwards. I got frustrated and cancelled the last one in order to booked a different cab.
Fast service got me a cab within 10 mins during peak time! I was happy (so was my wife). We booked with another company who let us down but Queens were there to the rescue, never used them before but will definitely be my number one choice from now on!!! A+++++++++++++
My daughter was left stranded by a different taxi company at the weekend and I called Queens to get her picked up as her phone died while she called me in tears, i just managed to get her location before her phone died. The staff in the office were great and the driver called me to assure me he was on his way and I explained that my daughters phone had died on her but she was definitely there. As soon as he picked her up he lent his phone to her so she could call me to let me know she was ok. Excellent company and would highly reccommend!!!
Absolutely horrendous. Definitely recommending not to use their service. Two incidents on the same day. First, the pick up was not in the place I asked them to be. Secondly, I ringed them to book a taxi for return and they were late about 55 mins in total and also, the driver wanted to drop me not to the place I asked but somewhere convenient to him. Of course, I told him that I wouldn't get off the taxi unless he was going to drop me at the requested location.
