Brilliant staff, brilliant prices, all you could want in a public house

Good service and nice drinks :)

Acceptable pub, the people are a bit rough but it's definitely a place the local working class like to be after work

Two pints and two large white wines. All drank to the surround sound of scumbags effing and blinding

Sorry dudes up your game Chicago town microwave pizza isn't really children's meal is it 2 cost a £1 in Iceland. But the mouldy white bread was a nice touch though.

Sunday carvery for two at a cost of £7.50 each, plenty of meat was put on the plate and help yourself to a selection of veg, whatever you could fit on your plate!

Only criticism was the designated smoking area was right next to the side door near where we were sat and the smell of cigarette smoke was off putting while eating a very good meal.

Would go there again but choose more carefully where we sat!

Dog friendly but full of foul mouthed locals not a place to take your family. I must add that this was our only visit so it may have been a one off bad day
