Pleasent staff food and drinks very good with a good range
Hotel improved a lot since our last stay there several years ago. A couple of minor issues. I am just over 6 ft but the bathroom mirror was too low for me and the shower hose was too short. Hot water very hot, but overall an enjoyable stay.
Room is a bit dated. But worth the money. Probably not a place for American breakfast as the pan cakes are British pancakes.
Slow service. Food quality poor. Arguments at the bar with locals. Mould on the floor.
This story is about a bad day in the Queen's restaurant.
It was rainy weather so we thought I would be a good idea to go in this restaurant to take a break, it wasn't.
We ordered the same stuff and other stuff came we ordered at the same time and it came with a time difference of 40 minutes.
Not OK
So I can say please do not visit this Restaurant it is just annoying.
Nice place to hide from the weather. Beer in decent condition and a good selection of games to play.
Nice hotel for those looking to stay in the lakes. Recently refurbished rooms, ample breakfast options and decent price.
Great place to stay. Good views from the rooms. Bar and restaurant on site. Parking is not easy. Hotel's carpark very limited and no reservation possible. Free parking front of the hotel between 6 pm and 10 am. Otherwise 30 mins max stay in daytime.
Very disappointing, the cottage pie was lovely/ The vegatables were cold, and when we called the waiter over, he replaced them with another bowl of COLD vegatables. When we complained to the bar staff we were told there was nothing they could do about it
