Quiet Leader

We want to challenge the perception that a good leader has to be loud. This page is dedicated to showcasing the research which proves that the skills that introverts have - such as quiet observation, staying calm, and being reflective - are key to good and strong leadership. We also provide real-life examples of strong introverted leaders who have made a genuine difference using their introverted skills. Our goal is that more people will use the skills of the introvert to become better leaders, and to change the system so that the default of what is considered a good leader will no longer be the loudest person in the room. We want introverts to be proud of their skillset, and not feel they have to change in order to fit an outdated model of what a good leader is or does.
