Providing a safe, non-judgemental environment to talk through your issues in your own time, I offer one-to-one therapeutic counselling sessions at Tardebigge Court near Redditch & Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

My approach is mainly Person Centred but also apply other types of therapy and also have experience in the following subjects:
NLP (neuro-linguistic programming),
Mindfulness,
Inner Child therapy,
Transactional Analysis,
I also have Young Offenders Mentor training.

I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapists (BACP). I currently hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am working toward a Fd. Degree in Counselling. I have recently graduated with a Bsc (Hons. ) Psychology degree through the Open University.


I understand that making a decision to see a counsellor can seem quite daunting especially if your friends and family are not aware of your thoughts. You may have had some free counselling before possibly from your GP which had stopped before you felt you got anywhere. Our sessions would generally be weekly one hour sessions, for as long as you feel that you need the support.

I am not here to tell you what to do or force you to talk about anything you do not feel comfortable with, but to be by your side as you begin to change the aspects of your life you feel you want to. These changes do not happen overnight but with the right time and space you will discover your way. This is your time for personal investment and growth.
