We at RA Care Services offer a unique service, meeting the needs of our Service User. We aim to offer practical help and support to people with learning disabilities, mental health illness, physical disabilities, Dementia and those who need sensory impairments. We will provide experienced and trained staff to care for adults from the ages of 18-65 years of age, and to care for the elderly who are over 65 years of age.

We are Service User orientated as we promote individual well-being, draw up a tailored Care Plan, aim to work along sector professionals and believe in equality in access and fairness.

Our care assistant gives the following support to maintain individual's personal care, domestic care and social care:

Personal Care: Personal hygiene maintenance, Support with reaching in and out of bed, Toileting, Shower and bath, Dressing, Meal preparation, Prompting or assisting with Medication.

Domestic Care: Bed making, Tidying, Cleaning and dusting, Washing up, Laundry and ironing, Light housework, Feeding pets

Social Care: Companionship, Support to meet medical appointments, Day out and luncheon, Planning for costing, Shopping online and visiting stores, Helping with paying bills, Communicating with family members and local services, Letter and application writing

Personalisation: We are specialised in Personal budget (Direct Payments). We work with personal budget service users and ensure to provide the required service by following every individuals care plan. If you need carer or health care assistant then contact us.
