We are so very grateful to Eddie's gym, fighting for funds for their event which raised a brilliant £3,300 for charity to be shared between the Racehorse Rescue Centre and Air Ambulance. Thank you to all stable hands, farriers and jockeys who took part and a big thank you to Eddie Guest and Robert Mckellar for arranging it all. Well done!

Happy Birthday from all your supporters xxx Thank you to all who donated to Peak on his 25th birthday 🎁 We managed to get all the presents on his list that included a horseware stable rug, head collar and lead rope, grooming box and kit, two feed buckets, Likit holder and carrot lick 👅 gel saddle pad and a bag of carrots🥕 Thank you to Lloyd Equestrian for giving us a discount and volunteers of the charity for raising the rest of the fund to make this possible.

Help celebrate Peaks 25th Birthday on the 28th of November by raising £100 For those of you who do not know Peak, he was born and successfully raced in New Zealand, then was shipped to England and successfully raced and retired when he was 11 years old. Peak was retained and re-homed near Birmingham and spent a happy time with his new owner going to local shows until his owner became ill in 2011.
Peak's owner asked the Racehorse Rescue Centre to give him a home and luckily f...or Peak we had a stable free. Unfortunately we have not found Peak a new home because of his age and now his medical condition. But he still gives a lot of pleasure to children and everyone who meets him at the Centre, as you can see in the photos. Please take time to look at these.

Black tie boxing event sells out to raise funds for the Racehorse Rescue Centre and Air Ambulance. Today, after months of planning, Eddie Guest, brings together Jockeys, Farriers and stable hands past and present to Newmarket Leisure Centre to fight for three title belts. There will be fifteen matches and an auction to help raise funds for the two charities. We would like thank everyone for supporting us!!!

Ted, taking a look around his new home. What a gentleman he has been. We miss him already. He has been a big part of the Racehorse Rescue Centre from helping volunteers gain their confidence to being an ambassador for the charity by showing that former racehorses can have a career after racing when properly retrained. We wish Ted and his new owners the best of luck in their new home.
