Hello! I'm Rach, your local The 1: 1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant -
I made the exact same move a couple of years ago, and I haven’t looked back. After years of struggling with my weight, gaining more it seemed, the harder I tried, being forced to listen to people saying ‘oh you just need to exercise and eat your 5 a day and it will come off! ’ I got bored of being told what to do, and only having to face my own failure, my own mirrors, and my own guilt.

I finally found something which changed my life, it not only changed my figure, it changed me as a person. Finally a diet which worked for me, and with the help and support I received from my Consultant with The 1: 1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, there was no way to fail this time!
I finally enjoy looking in the mirror, buying new clothes and most importantly, feeling the happiest I could ever be, at a maintainable weight and with a new attitude to life.
