I'm a counsellor who will help you to experience life in a more positive way by working through the things that are troubling you.

Sometimes life feels too difficult. You might be unhappy at work, be going through some difficulty in a relationship or perhaps something from your past is affecting your life today.

Whatever it is, it’s good to talk, and I provide a safe place in which you can talk in confidence and where you will be listened to with compassion, understanding and without judgement. I believe in the power of relationship: building a relationship with you where trust and acceptance facilitate open communication about the things that are troubling you.

I am committed to helping you explore your difficult feelings and experiences to find a way to feel better and experience life differently. I will work at your pace; I offer short term and long term counselling in a comfortable room at Westgate House, Gloucester.

Sessions last for 50 minutes and cost £35.

With a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, I work as an integrative therapist. This means I draw on the Person-Centred approach and use Psychodynamic theory to work collaboratively with you to improve your mental and emotional well-being.

I work with many issues, including anxiety and depression, panic disorder, low self esteem and self confidence, gender dysphoria, sexuality, career support and redundancy, stress, marriage and relationship issues, affairs and betrayals, work related stress, infertility, separation and divorce and transgender issues.

I have a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from Gloucestershire College.

I am a member of BACP.

I have worked with various agencies, such as Listening Post, Cotswold Counselling, and Teens in Crisis.
