I’m a freelance journalist and have worked as a writer and reporter for newspapers and women’s magazines since 1999.
Now pretty much everything I write is about pets or the pet industry and I work with pet businesses helping them raise their profile.
I do this through coaching clients when it comes to creating content for their websites, and giving advice on their media strategy, putting together press releases and finding the right journalists and publications to pitch to.
In 2018, I wrote a book, Publicity Tips for Pet Businesses, which is available on Amazon and is a straightforward guide on how to gain media coverage.
