Hello everyone,
Of late we’ve had a lot of clients turning up early for appointments, sometimes by as much as 40 minutes!
May we please take this time to remind you that we operate a ‘appointment only basis’ if you book a 1.30 pm appointment please do not turn up at 1.00pm (for example).Arriving early is extremely disruptive and stops us from attending to the client previous to you, often causing us then to run late and making it very difficult to calm our previous dogs dow...n to finish their grooms.
May we also add that booking your dog in to be groomed does not substitute a walk, your dog still needs it’s daily exercise and a chance to empty their bladder and bowels. Our floor is not the place for this..your local park or field is.
ANYONE now turning up more than 5 minutes early will have to wait in reception until their appointment time, there will be NO exceptions to this unless you have rang ahead or we have called you to say we are ready for your dog.
Sorry to be direct however we pride ourselves on letting dogs socialise within our salon and if everyone in a day turns up early we then become over run with dogs and it makes the environment less enjoyable and too chaotic.
