The serve is the sole opportunity in a rally in which you can directly influence “what happens next” without any pressure from your opponent.
A good serve will allow you to take control of the T area and provide you with the first opportunity to attack and apply pressure.
Try and practice at least 3 different types of serve in your solo sessions and start dominating rallies from the get go!
