After a successful career in education and child care Karen was ready for a new challenge. At her interview we were blown away by her passion for caring for others.
Karen started as carer with us last year but we quickly realised that she had leadership skills that would help the business and the rest of the staffing team. Karen became our Care Supervisor earlier this year and is a well respected, invaluable member of the care team and the leadership team.
Having already comp...leted an NVQ 3 in child care, Karen knew the benefit of further education, and with support is now enrolled in another NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care at Shipley College (Official Page).
We can't wait to see what Karen's career in her new industry has in store for her!

Last August this amazing young lady came bounding through our door. Rosie had become fed up with working in home care and was considering leaving the industry altogether. Rosie decided to join us and we promised that we would show her how great home care can be. We also promised that we would support her to develop a career that would give real opportunities to progress.
