Great day out. Wonderful treatments and facilities. Staff are extremely professional and friendly. It is quite expensive so it's more of a special treat. Vouchers make excellent presents.

Speaking as a former worker, a lot of staff are underpaid and overworked and the place has had a lot of people quit over the years ask any of the locals in that area but I think it's a rip off for what it is in all honesty, and best reserved for the aged certainly not a place for anyone under the age of 50. Just make your own mind up and do some research on other health spas first of course though. I think it's a nice place but trust me there is better and better treatments for the money you will pay by a long shot. Thanks

Gorgeous! There were four of us in one of the quiet rooms, not being totally silent, as it was just us.. Until a couple turned up and we just ended up giggling, like naughty school girls, because we're not good at being silent and scared the poor people off. An amazing and utterly magical evening, finished off with glorious food and a fantastic shower. 💟

There are no words that can truely do ragdale hall justice. But I'll have a go....Fantastic, wonderful, amazing, tremendous, super friendly....these are just a few. We love it so much we always return. XxX

Great spa very relaxing set in beautiful grounds with outdoor pool, thermal spa, 2 fitness studios, fitness pool and gym. The food is amazing with breakfast served to your bedroom, 3 course lunch with buffet main and desserts. Evening 3 course meal served to the table. Evening talks are held every night around 8.45pm. Lots of treatments on offer. Depending on your stay you have treatments included with options of booking further treatments. There is a gift boutique and boutique selling all products used in facials and body treatments.

What a amazing place both for treatments and relaxation. Everyone so welcoming and the best bit Breakfast brought to your room. So pampered so worth a visit you would not be disappointed. Booked to come back in December.

My friend and I have just spent the most wonderful three days at Ragdale. She treated me to our trip for my birthday. From the moment we got there everyone made both of us feel really special. And made a real fuss especially of me as it was a birthday treat. Everything down to the minutest detail was thought. The meals are all really delicious and what a luxury... breakfast in bed! What a fantastic place to come and visit I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes a spa experience. I would definitely come again.
The only down side to our trip was that we didn't have a view from our room as the work was being done on the new infinity pool so our window was blacked out. And from the other window all we could see were large pipes and things on the roof outside we couldnt see the lovely countryside. But the rest of our stay was definitely 5* ☺

Been here a couple of times. Took my friend with me this time. What a lovely day spent there, surrounded by fantastic Leicestershire countryside, it was nice to spend the day in your robe. Would recommend you have a treatment. For the more energetic there are plenty of fitness classes and a equipped gym. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious!! Will definitely return

Everything you could want from a spa and more. The unique sensory rooms are an amazing way to relax. The food is very nice and you are well looked after the whole time.

Absolutely fantastic service from all members of staff and a great relaxing stay that allows you to escape everyday stresses. Would highly recommend to anybody want to have a relaxing break.

A great professional place but a big let down for people with disabilities as there are steps in and out of both pools.
The staff are polite and easy to talk to and lots of people to help you around your way.
The place is clean and a beautiful atmosphere is enjoyed by all!
