My Background

I am a nurse by background having worked in the NHS for over 30 years in a variety of roles. I discovered Reiki at a time when there were significant challenges in my life and I found that it helped me to restore a sense of balance, wellbeing and create choices in my life.

Since qualifying I have seen firsthand the benefits it can give people. As a qualified and certified Reiki Master 10th generation in Reiki healing and teaching using the Dr Mikao Usui Healing System, Usui Shiki Royoho.

I am a trained massage therapist - VTCT Diploma Level 3 and a Melody Crystology Practitioner which enables me to offer a unique holisitc service.

Reiki and massage are both naturally complementary therapies and work alongside conventional medicine.
