The Little Church of Spirit, King's Avenue, St Austell, PL25 4TT is looking forward to welcoming as many people as possible to the Social Evening at the Church at 7pm on 11th January. There is no charge - just bring a plate of food to share. It is an evening of entertainment including a spiritual quiz, so if you want to bring a poem, a song, some music or anything else that will interest people, that will be very welcome. Most importantly come along and join in to celebrate the beginning of what is going to be a fantastic year at the Little Church with new energies and ideas. Mike and I are now serving on their committee - house management and media/advertising - so we are wanting to raise awareness of this lovely little Spiritualist Church.

These classes cost £5 per session and are designed for all ability level. Starting with enhancing your awareness of your physical senses, and moving on to all aspects of working with energy in order to read other people both of this world and the Spirit World. A six week course - £5 per session or £25 for the six. You will learn about your sense and energy field and how they contribute to your awareness of the world around you and the people in it, but also how they interfere with mindfulness and what you can do about that. Meditation will be taught via a simple method which you can use anywhere with no great preparation.
