Overpriced food, paying for the experience I guess. Food was still OK. They also charge a discretionary service charge at 12.5%, which with their overpriced food is quite a bit pricey. Especially considering wasn't asked if we wanted more drinks. So very basic service.

Really nice place a different atmosphere. Kids love it! Food is really good too! 4stars because it's a bit over priced.

This is a very nice restaurant and is very popular with my wife, it consists of gorillas, birds, monkeys, fish - you name it. Animatronic animals roar and move around as you eat your dinner, there's also a storm that will start that consists of flashing lighting and sends the animals mad.

It's a great atmosphere and the kids will love it, especially when the costume character comes out.

Open later than other restaurants I believe, which may be down to them having a large gift shop as you enter.

I went to this restaurant in Aug 2000 (Just after it opened) with my children. A great atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff staff and gourmet burgers etc. A bit expensive but well worth the experience. Went there this Aug 2017 with my grandchildren and much was the same. Place is a little tired but the big change was the poor quality of the food. Some small portions. All poorly cooked (probably in a microwave) and very expensive. Three minute scoops of ice cream +£6 then there is the 12.5% service charge. Better food in McDonald's across the road for 10% of the cost. 90% for the atmosphere and staff = bad deal.

A really lovely atmosphere. The staff are unbelievably friendly. A great place for the whole family. The food and service is absolutely fantastic. We will be visiting again without a doubt!

Great decor, kids love it...but the food is terrible and very over priced. Kids pizza tasted like nothing i've ever tasted, it certainly wasn't bread like. Chips were greasy and the type you get in all cheap restaurants and kebab houses. Atmosphere is worth it and the kids had a great time. Our server was brilliant too, very efficient. Wouldn't come again or recommend based on the quality of the food compared to the price!!

While the atmosphere was good and the staff was friendly enough. It is literally school cafeteria food; far too expensive for what you get. As good as the atmosphere was its not enough for me to want to go back again.

Super expensive for what you get foodwise (50 pounds for one kids basic kids meal mac and cheese, fruit shoot and ice cream, one adult salad, cider and dessert) but worth every penny for my two kids absolutely loved going and seeing animated animals. Servers very friendly and helpful. Even carried pram up and down stairs to first level, there is a lift to the second level. Also my salad was missing the avocado and ranch dressing but by the time I found that out I couldn't find any server at all.

Kids will probably enjoy the experience but your wallet won't! The food is way overpriced for what you get. It's boring, tasteless and I left feeling like we'd been completely ripped off. £18 for a dry beef-burger and chips. £20 for chicken and chips...The rainforest decor looked dated and the whole place smelled like a school canteen. The service was friendly; but that's about the only good thing I can say about this place. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this one.
