We bought a new Skoda Octavia from Rainworth Skoda exactly a year ago as our works company car, an Octavia 2.0 Tdi estate. It's simply fantastic for what it is, totally faultless. Today it needed a 20,000 mile service to which it had at Rainworth Skoda and after this experience we are compelled to comment on their second to none customer service and prices. Very highly recommended.

Probably the best, most relaxed and sensible experience in buying a car that I've had.

Salesman Richard Hollis is a really easy, no pressure guy to deal with. A rarity these days in some Sales departments.

I also ordered some parts by phone to go into my new car and Tim in the parts dept sorted these out for me no bother at all.



I travelled nearly 120 miles each way to deal with these guys and it was well worth the effort.

Picked up my Octavia Scout last Friday and absolutely delighted with my choice and the level of service from everyone at Rainworth Skoda particularly Kev Smith.

600 miles driven so far, drives like a dream and sticks to the road like glue.

My ŠKODA Citigo needed a small maintenance job and I decided to return to the Rainworth ŠKODA branch where I'd originally bought my car. Not my local garage but have felt comfortable with the customer service and attention to detail since then. I initially spoke with Matt, the ŠKODA Service Manager, and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish even though it wasn't anything major. With working and having a daughter to look after, it makes a huge difference to me when I'm offered a trustworthy and very helpful service, and is certainly a customer loyalty plus. I would like to say a massive thank you to you guys at Rainworth Skoda. Your recent,very generous, offer to London Ambulance service to supply them with a new bonnet, wing mirror and windscreen is outstanding. The damage caused by the England fans to the Octavia, would take that car out of service for weeks.

I would like to make Skoda Octavia estate car my car at Capital Skoda Newport he would be the same sales rep who worked at Newport Ford who sold me my first car on an 06 Ford Ka that was 3 year's old when I passed my driving test in February 09.

I went to look around & have a chat about PCP contracts, the salesman was excellent & explained it to me, I will be back in touch with them & would not hesitate to buy either a new or second-hand vehicle from these guys.

Helping to replace parts damaged on an NHS vehicle free of charge, was an incredible gesture. Thank you!!

Fantastic service and experience. We were lucky enough to be looked after by Steve and what a fab guy he is - genuinely nice guy and nothing was too much trouble. No pressure applied and constantly keeping us updated - even when he was supposed to be on holiday!
