They also offer brilliant bike advice on how they recommend to keep your bike in good condition. Service has always been friendly with a willingness to listen to their customers. Expertise and knowledge are first class. My Specialized road bike required some major surgery ready for the new season and the workshop telephoned me throughout the work to talk through the situation, discuss options and ideas. I also attended a 'bike'fit' session and can already appreciate the benefits of the adjustments made. Efficient and expert is how I find Ralph Coleman.

Took a longboard in to see if their mechanics could take it apart for me and they kindly lent me the tools to sort it out myself for free. Really friendly staff and good tunes playing in the workshop too! Massive thumbs up from me.

This is one of the best bike shops in the South West. They offer a friendly service whether you are a full-on MAMIL or a leisure cyclist. I went in to get some new shoes for my commute and found their staff highly knowledgable on the different shoes types and foot shapes. The advice has paid off and the shoes I bought have been very comfortable and met my needs. If you are in Taunton, don't settle for second best, head here for all your cycle related needs.

With all the recent changes to wheel size and frame geometry over the past few years, buying a modern mountain bike is not easy.
