It was our Front of House manager Ben's 21st birthday last week! We all hope he had a great birthday!

"Encore Miton Keynes is the proud sponsor of Newport Pagnell Town U14 Tigers and have helped them purchase their training kit for their first season as a team. NPTFC has teams from U12 all the way up to the senior team. The Tigers won the Division Three Borders Counties League on Sunday 11th March with 4 games left to play with an impressive record of 13 matches, 12 wins and one draw! The squad came into the hotel on Saturday 10th March for some snap shots and lunch allowing the team and parents to see the hotel and for them to show us their current poistion in the league. We look forward to their semi-final cup game on Sunday and wish them luck!

Fantastic service!! Mentioned that we needed to be on a high floor in case of noise as 7 yr old granddaughter was staying as part of her birthday and they filled the room with banners and balloons, there were bubbles a giant badge and a cake complete with candles, the cherry on the cake was definitely the team ringing and singing Happy Birthday. We never asked for anything special and the team certainly went above and beyond and made it extra special for a little girls birthday Thank you Ramada your customer service exceeds expectations

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean and comfy. Reception staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very nice too.

Everything was great apart from the other guests being very loud during the night and the fire alarm in the morning, breakfast was fantastic!

They sold out . to Travelodge but didn't inform me. spent twenty mins looking for Ramada. And then in a queue at reception for another twenty to check in. awful customer service

What a waste of space, rude staff... I demanded money back, never stay there

Tv not working. Only got 3 channels and fobbed off by reception who clearly can't be bothered to fix it.

I'd rather stay in kents hill training centre..... And that's saying something!
