Very helpful staff, very clean rooms and a good breakfast for a very reasonable price.

Stayed here whilst doing an exhibition at Ally Pally. Really friendly helpful staff. Plenty of places to eat nearby but that would be doing yourself out of the chance to eat in the excellent restaurant. We had a first class meal with great service, the sea bass was superb. Room was plenty big enough. While we were there they had a party with live music. The duo were very good im not sure if it was Greek music but it was very entertaining. Makes a change from the usual dull dormitory type of motels.

Staff are helpful and out going. Room is basic but ok.

Restaurant in the hotel is excellent but expensive.

Hotel could use a facelift as it’s very dated.

Would use again for working away.

the only reson i gave a 4 star is that there was hair in my bathroom the hotel its selfe was lovly.



i also gave 4 as the beckfust was not the best in the world bacon was rock hard and the beans where cold scrambled egg was watery.



the staff where nice they did everything they could to make my stay as comftoble as they could.



i would stay in this hotel again if i was over that way but i wouldnt book to stay there in advance

My only complaint is that our room was absolutely freezing & had no heater. When we told reception the room was cold, they looked at us like we were stupid, as they said "You use the heater". Told them the room had none, they came to check, finally believed we were telling the truth & not just being stupid & arranged for a heater to be brought to the room......beds extra comfy, room decor a bit dated, but clean.

Great Value Hotel, non-smoking room smelt of stale smoke though and although the breakfast smelled gorgeous we headed home. Would definitely stay again though. It was refreshing for a room to have a bath too

Comfortable room with soft comfy bed. A variety of cold and hot options available for breakfast. The bathroom was clean but the taps need regigging

Very dated, bed was comfy though and enjoyed breakfast. Staff friendly and polite. It just needs a facelift and there's potential for it to be a lovely hotel. Cinema, swimming, bowling and plenty of choice of where to eat right on its front door.

Dirty stain on the Vanity chair and after getting back from the gym in desperate need of a shower there was no hot water from the bath taps. However sink had hot water? Had to use the kettle and fill bath from the sink. Not what you want to do!!

Cheap and cheerful! Needs a facelift. Bar closed at 2300hrs so unable to get a drink after our coach returned is back after a show.

Hotel, although comfortable was a tad tired looking, the curtains dont meet in the middle due to an excess of unused curtain clips blocking complete closure at the top

Dissapointing to have found out that there is a minimum spend of £10 at the bar for card purchases ... really do you need to do this?



good breakfast in the morning



biggest let down was having a drink in bar at about 10:30 pm having to listen to someone effing and blinding with every breath they took. this was an issue for me as the person concerned was sitting at a table of restaurant and bar staff.. so why was this deemed to be acceptable in front of guests?



this is enough to make me not want to stay here again if this sort of behaviour is allowed to happen

Bar closes at 11, despite no pubs or nightlife in the area. I'm not angry, I'm disappointed.
