No issues at all. Had a great room and bathroom. Food excellent too. Would defiantly recommend.
Great staff lovely clean room food was 5* would recommend to friends and family thank you for a lovely stay
Went for a murder mystery weekend, great actors, lovely food and the rooms were clean, modern. No need to take hair dryer, iron or towels
The hotel has some nice art deco features and is in a convenient location. Needs some TLC but staff were friendly and we had a good stay and enjoyed the murder mystery event. The food could be a bit more imaginative but it was well cooked.
Stayed one night with group
Of friends for murder mystery night. Our Room was big and clean , comfy bed ,was a bit of a mission finding the room at first we walked up and down corridors but got there in the end . Food for the evening was nice had loads of fun with the murder mystery group we even had our own secret agent Oldroyd with us . Breakfast full English one gripe the mushrooms cooked in oil not a nice taste but every thing else was good plenty of everything overall we enjoyed our stay
One last thing the cold water tap in our room did not turn on so only hot AND EXTREMELY HOT TO BOILING
Stayed for one night after visit to harry potter tour rooms we're clean staff very friendly and food was great would recommend this hotel 100%
I thought it was a fun experience, food was good especially the breakfast enough to choose from. The reception and staff members where polite with a welcoming smile, the only negative thing I have about the hotel was that the shower was filthy and only the over head shower was working, the side showers wasn't because of the valve not turning, but apart from that I would most likely stay there again if ever going on a family trip again.
Dinner and breakfast were very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Absolutely no complaints.
This iconic hotel is closing down, and being demolished. Another link to the aircraft industry gone but de Havilland won't be forgotten.
It wasn't my first stay in the Ramada and I had better rooms before.
Food was lovely, beds were super comfy, but the attitude of your staff was atrocious. They were so depressing and rude that it almost ruined the stay. But what did ruin the stay is the fact that there was no lift for the disabled, now although my mum can walk unaided on a good day, stairs always present a challenge. And the blasé attitude when we mentioned this just ruined it.
Not a good look.
Scruffy cheap loud hotel rubbish fold bad service at reception
Not good and the food in the restaurant is dire!
Horrific hotel, if you want to be ignored in a restaurant and want water dripping through the lights in your bathroom then stop here! Having to stay tonight but checking out 2 days early, duty manager no help
Bath filthy paper thin walls couple talked all night. Called reception at 4 in the morning. Nothing was done breakfast was a disgrace. Everyone being sent down at once lack of tables running out of food. Please eggs or orange juice. Would not recommend if you want a decent nights sleep
