Due to the CCTV in our pool area being down and staff being unable to monitor the area the Ramada swimming pool will be close for three weeks due to health and safety reasons. Planned swimming lessons however, will continue as normal.
Members who wish to swim will be able to use the pool at Holiday Inn Telford, please make sure you have your membership card with you in order to use this facility.

We only had a short stay but we will be returning as every where was nice and clean, staff were very friendly and we had an enjoyable meal, room was perfect for our stay x

We held a charity ball and they couldn't be more helpful in the initional setting up, they was always on the end of an email, and on the night they were exceptional, food was lovely and also hot ! The waiting staff was brilliant especially when there were paper ball's from pee shooters going everywhere. I would certainly recommend The Ramada for any function that you are looking to hold.

Thank you to all the staff at ramada for helping to make my daughters 21st birthday party so lovely, special thanks to Sarah, Richard & Sue for looking after us all on the night, you were all great as we're all the other staff. Also a big thank you to the chef, the food was amazing. Last but not least a big thank you to Emma for all your help with the planning:-)

Stayed here on 5th Nov to attend a family wedding nearby, hotel was lovely staff were fantastic must say we all had a lovely stay here, but I bet they was glad to see the back of us, thank you Richard and the other staff that was on duty yr help and advice x

Stayed here last night had a family room which was very spacious the food was lovely very fresh staff fantastic Richard a lovely man very helpful I usually stay at the premier in but wud recommend this hotel too any one well dun ramada fir a lovely stay ���

Stayed here 5th Nov with quiet a few of my family members,we was really made welcome staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble the bar staff are so friendly,as u can imagine with 19 of us in the bar they took some stick and they took it all in good humour same goes for the reception staff,rooms are lovely,the family room was excellent so big plenty of bed space,wld defo book this hotel again highly recommend �

My third or fourth time here now . Gets better every time. This time I'm here with my son . The staff , particularly the restaurant's staff were fantastic with him . Great hospitality and was overwhelmed by the kindness thanks for making our stay so enjoyable . :)

I would like to thank all the staff at the ramada hotel telford ironbridge for our anniversary cards and bottle of wine which was in our room when we arrived from the reception staff and the maids who did our room and the restaurant staff who got us gluten free sausages and bread every morning and the chef for the desert he made us for our 25th anniversary thank you all we will definitly be back next year if not sooner x x

Had an excellent reception party for our wedding. Staff was excellent food was fantastic and really great DJ. All together made a special day perfect. Thank Tina and all the staff.

Had an amazing evening at a celebrity get me out of here themed evening the staff were absolutely amazing and the food was to die for well done to you all of you was the best night out I have been on and the scorpion tail I had to eat in the bush tucker trial was an experience I will never forget thank you very much.

First class looked after my Mum over Christmas and service was friendly and nothing was to much trouble staff were superb and happy in their work over the holiday period can't say enough about them, Would not look for anywhere else in Telford, Meal in the restaurant was excellent and good value many many thanks Stu

Don't normally do reviews but I just wanted to say thank you to Lynette (apologies if misspelt) on the reception for sorting out the room. I only booked the day before and I got the dates mixed up for staying and after a bit of long drive down and lots of bad news over the weekend, she sorted it out for me no bother and I got a room for that night. My own fault ! Thanks Lynette, you were a star ! X

5th November myself and my family 19 of us stayed hear for a family wedding, the bedroom where spockless and the food out standing service to our family out standing x Richard the deuty manager that day and his team couldn't do enough for us thank you out standing service i would recommend stopping hear and would stop their again .

Lovely stay for mother's day with dog in tow. Staff all helpful and friendly. Breakfast fab with good choices for dietary needs. Room was huge! Biggest stopped in a chain hotel. Only downside was someone had been smoking in the room which was off putting as a non smoker. Informed reception on departure and said they could of moved me rooms but was under the impression from when I booked they were full. Ideal location for retail park and local attractions.

A very comfortable stay with good food (for a hotel) and friendly staff. The hotel design is a little odd in the way that floors are arranged meaning that you have to use lifts and stairs in combination. This was a special deal and represented excellent value for money.

There is a fine line between Dante and raw and I'm sorry but the sprouts were raw. the Christmas Pudding was so small it looked like it was sliced with a Stanley knife. Opted not to go back next year.

Friendly staff, very clean. We have a room on the 3rd floor #334. Room ( in the loft) with a view but part of the ceiling is at 45 angal. Have to be careful get out on bed in the night ! . Regarding food, good but stay clear of the triple cook chips. Not crisp and full of oil, and I mean FULL!!! ( horrible).Would return but not the 3rd floor rooms and definitely to chips.

stayed 5th November for a family wedding as we all live in Birmingham top marks for Richard who made us all feel very welcome also to the lady who was working the bar and helping us all to get taxi to our wedding all around lovely stay rooms were lovely and clean top marks love to stay there if we're up that way ��
