We looked this restaurant up as we were on a narrowboat holiday and fancied a curry

Its literally 5 mins from where we moored up. Got there at 5.30pm as we were hungry. Took our own beer/wine in as that's allowed and ordered our teenage girls cokes. Lovely place staff were friendly, order's coming out quickly. I ordered a Lamb Balti which was lovely. Total bill for 4 including poppadoms, bhajis 2 rice 2 naans & 4 main courses.£57.00 Worth every penny.

We have been here loads of times, the food is superb, the staff are very friendly and been able to bring your own drinks makes it a cheap night out.

We had a fantastic meal with really excellent service. Would highly recommend Ramadan. It has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the food was delicious and the waiting staff were really attentive (it was pretty busy too). Thank you for the extra special gesture letting me into the kitchen to show me how to make naan bread and giving me the opportunity to have a go at making some myself! A great experience with the lovely (and very knowledgeable) chefs! Will be back soon.

This is my favourite Curry house, the staff are lovely, excellent service and the food is just lovely, recommend it 100%

My husband bought me here for my first time as he's been before and i must say it was very nice and very tasty it smelt amazing as I walked into a very nice spacious restaurant a really lovely enjoyable curry and evening also love the fact you can bring your own drinks so we'll be definitely be returning .

Lovely food service second to non not really a curry eater was taken as a treat but loved all the food would definatly go again

Extremely tasty food, Baltic lamb tika was to die for, good prompt service and very friendly staff, I'm sure it won't be long before we're back to try out more from the menu.

Excellent curry house, been here 3 times and never been disappointed. The food is really fresh and served piping hot. The staff are attentive & friendly, plus you can take your own drinks.

The curry was lovely although had to swap with partner as mine came out vindaloo hot n was supposed to medium ? The service was terrible. No body came asked us if everything was OK. When I explained about the curry they didn't seem bothered,n 10mins later bought yoghurt over to the table by which time partner had nearly finished.Then sat for 10mins waiting for someone to come over for the bill. Had to put my hand up to get someone's attention in the end. So all in all a let down .

First visit the Food was lovely just felt they were rushing you and it wasn't that busy in there would go again and maybe just slow it down a little

Very pleasant restaurant with friendly staff. I'd have given an extra star if they had a license.

Average at best - not terrible, decent attentive staff but food was not piping hot, only Luke warm. Small portions too. Needs improvement but perhaps was an off day. Nice large and pleasant decorated restaurant with ample car park -

Had a meal with work here tonight. Food was great but the staff can only be described as surly. Hurried, rushed...food given to you over the shoulders of diners opposite or barged into a space close to where you are seated. The car park is a nightmare. There were 12 of us in our party and we arrived in 9 cars....this virtually filled the car park and as other diners arrived it made leaving a mess about as space was very limited. I would have complained if it wasn't a corporate event but definitely won't be going there again!

Food is really good but agree with other comments staff not particularly friendly wanted our order five minutes after sitting down told them to give us ten minutes then two minutes later asked again we were s party of 14 for a birthday but no friendliness shown to us or children we had with us .

A table for 11 people was booked 2 weeks ago for a double birthday celebration at 8pm

They rang one the day to confirm we were still wanting the table

Went there tonight with 10 friends for the birthday meal

The service was apauling we waited 1 hour to get a table 9pm another hour to get any starters 10 pm and parts of the main order was missing when that finally arrived and to top it all they tried to fob us of by giving us complimentary food



The only good thing was it was spent with good company and wine



Don't like greedy restaurants double booking and expecting customers to just except it

1st time there and won't be going again. Was my sons birthday meal and the service was awful very busy but I feel that they shouldn't take so many orders as can't cope. Serves my curry then waited 10mins for my chips!! Wasn't very helpful when one of our meals tasted awful, a complete let down

Table was dirty, prawns hadxa hint of yellow but i thought it was the light in the toom, pepsi was flatter than water, and the main was just far to hot to enjoy, staff maners are awful and the gents toilets wer swimming with piddle so u left footprints on way out.

Never again i have been bad for 3 days this place needs a visit its really not good.

Shame really because its nice to help a local business but this one isnt helping it self.
