Ramen Dining & Bar Muga Description
Tonkotsu soup is the most popular dish on our Muga ramen bar menu. The soup is based on a delicately flavoured stock made from slowly cooking pork bones, vegetables and Japanese dried fish (niboshi). The stocks are prepared separately and combined for a perfect balance of flavour.
It is our wish that our guests can experience one of the most authentic tastes of Japanese cuisine and culture in London.
The restaurant is designed for such a comfortable environment where our guests can relax and experience feelings of Japanese home cooking.
We also have traditional brick-built bar where people can enjoy sake and other traditional Japanese beverages.
