The Ramsgate Tandoori on Harbour Street has been run by the same family for 28 years !! I have been going there for 20. Lovely people always make you feel welcome and terrific authentic cuisine. My favourite restaurant in Ramsgate by a mile.

Normally we order takeaway from Ramsgate Tandoori but last night we had a lovely meal at the restaurant for my other halves birthday. We had a party of ten and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food. Great hospitality and even a complementary birthday cake and drink for the birthday boy! Thank you!

Last night, I had the best pasanda that I have ever eaten!! The whole meal was delightful - from the Bombay Aloo to the brinjal bhaji...... and Raushan was a lovely, welcoming host, who made the time to chat.....definitely to be repeated, hopefully regularly!

I have had such lovely meals at the fabulous Ramsgate Tandoori Restaurant that I felt that I really must recommend it to everyone. The food is delicious, the portions are very generous and the family who run it are delightful. They are always so warm, welcoming and yet at the same time very efficient in attending to their diners' requirements. Very well done indeed to all at the Ramsgate Tandoori and I just can't wait until the next time that I can come to eat here. Thank you.

I have been dining at the Ramsgate Tandoori since it opened. I have never had a bad meal in all this time. I can particularly recommend the Jalfrezi, the Dhansak, and the wonderful naan breads. If you are vegan, they are able to cater for you, too. The service is excellent, and you are only a stranger there once. When in Ramsgate, come to the Ramsgate Tandoori, and meet Rezaur, Raushan, and everyone else. You will enjoy an excellent meal, and make new friends. Enjoy!

Fabulous meal tonight. Really tasty food and attentive service. Nothing too much trouble . . . They will bend over backwards to meet one's needs . . All the curries are gluten-free and they also cater for vegans and other special diets. We will definitely be back for more!

Delicious food as always I left with my stomach full and a smile on my face, fantastic hospitable staff who are friendly patient and lovely to talk too. Nice prices that I'm happy to pay. I would like a a wider variety of alcoholic beverages but that just my personal choice.I would and will go again and again.

Only my second visit here in twelve months. Had chicken Rezala. I try this same dish all over UK. The recipe was very familiar but was a little mild on hotness. I loved the egg fried rice and it wasn't salty as some others. Staff are always pleasant and attentive. Will be back soon.
