Superb coffee helpful, welcoming staff. What more could you ask for?! Store and coffee shop by cyclists for cyclists.

Second time in 2 days and the staff are super friendly. The clothing is not cheap but, hey ho! Coffee shop is a tad slow but the coffee is good enough to wait for.

User

Rather sucked in with the Rapha brand......

Been visiting RCC all over the world......

Good coffee......guess I would have to eat something next time, instead of bleeding $$ with the clothing.....

Rapha: Knowledgable staff who couldn't do enough for you. An absolutely delicious and beautifully presented breakfast - a stunner. Really great coffee... even the decaf was tasty! Loved the Citroen Van. Fun atmosphere and such stunning kit. The best keeps getting better. 10/10.

Probably the best coffee I have ever had! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good relaxed atmosphere, not a problem going on your own or with a crowd. Clean and tidy coffee shop with road events showing on large tv screens, what's not to like! I didn't however dare to look at the Rapha clothing and products as I would have left with my wallet being considerably lighter!

I dropped into Rapha Soho for a mid ride break and to warm up. I was pleasantly surprised when I could bring my bike into the cafe/ shop and keep an eye on it whilst I warmed up with a flat white. I decided to try the spinach, parsnip and coriander soup which was lovingly made and served with toasted sourdough bread. Once I had warmed up I had a look around the shop and noticed there was a sale! I bought a cold weather cycling jacket and left the place feeling warm inside ready for the hours ride home

Great place to hang out for cyclists. Wonderful crews with excellent service and serving good cup of coffee.

User

Great crew, great gear and great coffee!!!

User

Classy ... it's a nice place to be for a cyclist to just chat with the very friendly & knowledgeable staffs who don't seem to try to throw the normal sales pitch I'm used to :)

User

Best service from an awesome crew that are always on hand to help out. The bike hire was a dream and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing loop down to Kent on shop ride too. I'll be back.

Very nice place, but coffee is a bit bitter for my taste (I am European and drink only espresso). Otherwise would be 5/5.

This is a place to indulge for anyone who is into Rapha. The place has all the product lines and loads of amazing memorabilia (Classics, TDF, Team Sky). The coffee was very good quality (not the best) but that's Okay. I will come back on my next trip to London and perhaps even try the Memmbership.

I’ve always found the people, service and coffee very good.

Buzzing and busy, perhaps a lot down to Black Friday weekend. Coffee and brownies very good. Cafe staff were really welcoming. Good to get hands on some of the cycle wear, instead of online assessment. Left with a 50% off bargain, so happy wife and one pressie ticked off the Christmas List! Look forward to a future visit

User

Was ok. Nothing special - does what it promises - other coffee shops are just as good. No minus points but nothing that makes it a stand out destination apart from being bike friendly ( which isn’t a shocker)

User

Nice relaxed venue, selling some classy cyclewear. Disappointing first visit, poor service from cafe staff. "Sorry you can't get a fresh coffee, we need to finish/get away on time" It wasn't even busy! Won't be rushing back

Extremely disappointed and actually quite shocked by your customer service. My husband and I bought three items for our son-in-law as Christmas presents and gave these to him last weekend. Unfortunately the cap was the wrong size. Today my son-in-law took the cap to your Soho store, still with the tag and in the original packaging, hoping to exchange it. However, despite the fact that the cap was obviously brand new and he provided proof of purchase, your store manager refused to exchange the cap. The upshot of the story is that we will never risk buying Rapha again, which is a shame as our son-in-law loves the brand. What if it had been the more expensive jersey that didn't fit rather than a £15 cap? We simply won't risk it. Thumbs down all round for your mean-spirited attitude to loyal customers.

Avoid this place unless you want to be served by hipsters who think that good customer service is too mainstream!

Visited the shop on Saturday with the intentions of buying a number of products after a coffee and a rest after a long day of walking around the city. Only to feel extremely disappointed with both the coffee and service I received.

I ordered one coke and a mocha and I was told the mocha would be bought over (not a problem as it seemed quite busy). The mocha turned up and it tasted like a watery hot chocolate (again not a problem, it was busy and mistakes can happen). I went back to the counter and mentioned that it didn't have any coffee, only to be told that they make all their drinks the way they should be and incited that I was in fact wrong. I politely asked to have another made and after some huffing and puffing from the staff I got one. This one actually had coffee in it and tasted like a mocha!

I was then informed by my girlfriend who was facing the counter (my back was to the counter) that whilst drinking my drink the staff kept talking about me and looking over and pointing. Not quite the relaxed atmosphere you would expect in a coffee shop.

The most your store got out me was a few quid and not the few hundred I was willing to spend that day, but the customer service was so bad I couldn't bring myself to spend any more money there.

Extremely disappointed!
