What a wonderful surprise. We were in Bath for a short two nights and found Raphael's to be an excellent dining experience. The venison was so tender, flavorful and perfectly prepared. My son enjoyed the fillet--once again, tender, flavorful and perfectly prepared. The ambiance was a little "data night" but we made it work for us. Would go again in a heartbeat. We've been to Raphael twice and it became our favourite restaurant. Our daughter came over for a visit from New Zealand and we travelled to Bath from Buckinghamshire just to take her and her boyfriend to our favourite restaurant. Such a wonderful evening! We'll be back!

We shop in Bathe every 2 or3 months and eat lunch here without fail. We've been elsewhere in the past but this is simply the best little restaurant in Bath. 'nuff said!

The manager and staff are so friendly. We arrived as visitors and we left as friends

Really good service, great food! I came here for Valentines Day and having some pretty difficult allergies meant I couldn’t have the fizz before the meal or one of the sauces served with the mains. They were more than accommodating, making me up a different cocktail drink and a completely new sauce to go with my steak. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for good food in Bath!

Awesome night at Raphael restaurant, went for my girlfriends birthday and we couldn’t be more pleased with the food and the amazing service. Thank you.

A wonderful surprise booked by my husband and our first ever visit. My husband was hoping to order from the Christmas menu but that was only available if pre-booked. However that didn't matter as the choices were excellent, with plenty of fish options for me and venison for my husband. There was complimentary bread and olives/oils to start. The food was sumptuous, the fish and the vegetables were perfect. We chose pineapple upside pudding and ice creams for dessert and these were delicious. Rounded off with very good wines and excellent service throughout. A thoroughly enjoyable evening. We shall return.
