We are building a customer-centric solution that aims to put undiagnosed rare disease patients on the right track to diagnosis, by harnessing the wisdom of diagnosed patients. Our platform will allow both diagnosed and undiagnosed patients to share structured and useful tips about their symptoms and the development of their condition over time. We want to provide patients with a better picture of what works and what doesn't, for them and for other patients of the same disease. Through this, we can accelerate diagnosis by improving the Rare App (https://app. rarediagnostics.com) which can help undiagnosed patients find their clinical pathway faster and with less frustration.
