We are a drop off point for Rock FM's Mission Christmas, collecting presents for local underprivileged children. We would love to take a Rascals Van full of presents on Monday 17th December, so we are offering £1 off admission plus a free go-kart token to all children donating a toy at Rascals until this Friday 14th. We stopped here after looking on google maps what play area was close to the motorway as we were having a long day travelling. This play area is fantastic. We had a 9 week old and 19 nth old and they both had plenty of space to play. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s very clean and well looked after. We will definitely be stopping here again on our way to and from Scotland. Best play area we have been too, just wish there was one close to where we live.

We love Rascals! Always good fun and good food - the hard bit is getting my little boy to go home!!

We have been here twice recently with our 3 children (9,6,3) and it’s a fantastic place! The kids absolutely love all the play equipment, especially the go-karts (an extra £1 but totally worth it) and the staff are all so friendly and happy to help. There are food options for every dietary requirement too which is a huge plus point. Would definitely recommend.

The manager laura is one in a million customer service at its best we was treated to the disco room as the place was absolutely packed and our autistic child had a meltdown as was told couldn go in for an hour laura changed all that ushered us to the disco room we had lights,music and ended up ordering party food for friends and family

The manager Laura is one in a million, gold star customer service! I called up in a sticky situation with my daughter and 12 friends on her birthday and she pulled all the stops out and saved the day, all totally last min! Can't thank her enough the kids had a great time, I had kids ranging from 2-9 and they all had a blast , were coming back for another birthday in December �xx

Really impressed today it was really clean, a few new toys, they had Spider-Man and Captain America visit who were fab with the kids and the best costumes I’ve ever seen, they also had crafts out and a dance lesson all for £6.50 including a meal deal. Will definitely be returning, great value for money, my little boy loved it and the staff were really friendly and offered great service, food really good too and not too expensive plenty of choice on menu and specials

Love the place. I take my 18 month old grandson here and I must say it's the best one we've been too. Now we've found it we will come here all the time. The food is very good, grandson loves the curly fries. And the staff are just fantastic, especially one girl with platter pigtails, don't know her name but she is amazing with the kids and the parents. She talks to everyone and had our little lad laughing. 5+ FROM US XX

Laura is such a diamond couldn't have given us a better day today after trying to explain to our autistic boys that we needed to go back in one hour they didn't understand and started crying then Laura put us in a party room which was so generous of her we couldn't thank her enough and the lovely member if staff who came in asking if we was all OK (sorry I've forgotten your name but you used to work at F&B's lol) xxx thankyou so so much xx

Had our daughters 6th Birthday Party at Rascals a few weeks ago it was brilliant from start to finish with great food included and fun party games with the hostess. Everybody loved the Go Karts at the end well worth the upgrade when booking � Thanks

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party today. She had a fabulous time with all her friends.

Food was great and nothing was too much trouble with our party host.

Genuinely by far the best play centre I've visited in the area, it catered for all ages! from old school go karts to light and sound screens for baby's. I brought my 8month and 5 year old here on Friday afternoon and it was great from the cleanlessiness to the staff to the range of activities, ellie on reception was so lovely and friendly, the manager faith was amazing with the kids and very alert! couldn't recommend anymore!

Came yesterday with my 2 children and my 8year old had great fun as Always. my 9month old had a great time also with his baby friends.

I must say we was super impressed with your free from options my little man had his first chocolate milkshakes. Didnt manage to sample anything else due to labels being covered with date stickers but next time will be checking if my little man can eat something there. Will be great if he can ��

Came to the Halloween night on Monday 30th. First I have ever been. Amazing night. All staff were great. But hats off to the chef who, even though they weren't serving children's meals as there was a buffet, but he still made a pasta dish for my 11 month old which was such a big help. Really grateful for that so thank you.

Absolutely great party for my 5 yr old son. The staff were brilliant, kept me up to date with the plan for the party. The children were well looked after and had a wonderful time. Many parents have since commented on it being such a good party. Highly recommend the additional go cart period. A terrific end to the party with the added entertainment for the parents. They put their books etc down and came to watch & cheer. Everyone left with big smiles.

Really happy and friendly staff, plenty of space for my boys to run, jump, slide and play football in. One of the bigger and better play centres I've been too.

My kids really enjoy it here.its spacious but yesterday I purchased meals for the kids hot dog and chips which I wasn't impressed with the hot dog.and chicken nuggets and chips and the nuggets were horrible. They looked and tasted cheap..very dry. Hopefully of we were to come back the food will he better.

I really enjoyed Rascals today with my husband and 8 month old.

The food was great, because I’d ordered a veg burger but can’t have dairy they added an extra burger�

There was no problem breastfeeding or giving my little girl her food from home.

I would say they could have a bigger area for babies but that’s all.

I would definitely recommend Rascals to friends�

Great for toddlers and babies, busy in the holidays which is to be expected, but better if you have little ones you can take in term time. Over all one of the best play centre I’ve been too and do great birthdays to.

Came today with friends the staff in charge of tills was to busy to answer any of my questions

When did the price increase to £4.95? Then an extra £1 for cars plus any drinks or food talking lots of money needed kids running riot when my kids when on the token cars a member of staff let 2 kids share a vehicle the girl sat behind had a lollipop in her mouth screamed danger to me but when mentioned to operator he wasnt fussed said it was ok. He needs to read the rules on entry again

When we entered there was cake on the floor upon leaving it was still there im too poorly to go in the play area or i may of seen more dirt



There must of been over 15 staff today but the place was a mess

Will not be going back
