People on here seen to have the same issue after service get you money and dont care motto. I got a GT Avalanche sports 9 weeks ago went in for 6 weeks service with issues came back with the issues charged me for a job that they didnt ask me if ok to do. Now after 9 weeks of arround 40 miles a week the there a major issues yhat is hoing to cosy.me 50 plus yo do.

Took my old electric bike in over 4 weeks ago with an electrical problem. Although it couldn't be fixed and the bike is unrepairable, I found the staff very helpful and considerate of my situation about collecting the bike after such a long time. The bike doesn't owe me anything after 8 long years and I will certainly consider getting another one. Thank you all for your help and assistance

Bought my lovely new road bike from them. Staff were very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right bike. Had a small issue with the gears which was sorted straight away, they also did a service for free whilst my bike was in. As a new cyclist I,m very happy with the service and would recommend. the store to anybody.
