Prospective caravan buyers beware!!!
The caravan owners on Rawcliffe Hall Country Park, Great Eccleston, are lovely friendly people. However, the site manager Mr Kim Jenkinson is a Jekyll and Hyde character - thinks and acts like Kim Jong Un - ' Welcome to North Korea, do as I say not as I do'.
Site rules and regulations - don't bother with them - waste of paper as they at regularly broken, and a blind eye turned ' as long as your face fits'.
Put your complaint in writing - don't bother - not even courteous enough to reply. Caravan owners are frightened to speak out or complain, as they may be asked to leave the site and then charged 15% commission + VAT. What a good money making scheme.
Don't break your back making your caravan plot a welcoming sight and also an improvement for the site, it is not yours - and the way Rawcliffe Hall is run you could be evicted at a moments notice, thousands of pounds out of pocket for little trivial reasons. BEWARE!!
Beautiful caravan site situated in a picturesque setting close to the river wyre.
