Rawlyn is a stunning property set in the beautiful seaside town of Torquay. Rawlyn House is in the Chelston area of Torquay; the Home is situated five minutes drive away from the picturesque village of Cockington. Rawlyn House is set in lovely gardens which have been sensitively constructed to enable full access to people with a wheel chair dependency and mobility issues. Rawlyn is divided into two units, where a group of five individuals utilise The Lodge, with ten individuals living together in The House. The Home is furnished to an extremely high standard and offers the opportunity of this separate group living with each unit having their own kitchen, lounges and dining rooms, this is combined with the ability for residents to join each other for activity, special events and socialising. The Annexe has five large bedrooms with en suite facility and full wheel chair access. Each room is fully customised to each individuals needs, with: Jacuzzi baths, French windows, tracking hoists as needed and ease of access to all communal spaces. The main house has three bedrooms on the ground floor with seven large bedrooms upstairs. Individual bedrooms enable ensuite provision designed to accommodate individual needs and desires.
