Quick and simple recipe and great to get the kids involved, to make this school approved swap the nut butter for Tahini
300g oats 200g raisins 4 over ripe bananas 4 tablespoons peanut butter 3 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon vanilla Cinnamon (optional)
Mash bananas, then fold in other ingredients until all combined. Bake at 180 degrees / gas mark 4 for approx 30 mins until golden. Allow to cool, cut and eat!
