We are your friendly Methodist Church on Eastwood Road, in Rayleigh, Essex. Currently our friendly people are spread throughout the town and beyond, showing God's love in their families, on line and at the end of the phone.
Reviews
We had a brilliant Parade Service this morning, followed by lunch for our young families. Then our minister Rev Nana Thomford led a quiet evening service helping us to think about how we can do God's will in our community.
Our Easter cross was transformed during our communion service and after that we enjoyed an Easter Brunch. Thanks to everyone who helped.
The blessings of Easter to you all! We had a great Easter morning service on Easter Day, led by Rev. Pete Moorhouse. That was followed by a delicious Easter Brunch - with a chocolate egg for everyone! Thanks to everyone who helped make this such a great occasions!

A very special Mother’s Day Messy Church yesterday with some lovely activities, music and video..... and food! Do come to our next Messy Church: 4:00pm on Sunday, 28th April when we will be celebrating Easter.

Thanking God for the Harvest at Rayleigh Methodist Church
Rayleigh Methodist Church is being decorated, and will be looking beautiful on Sunday, for our HARVEST FESTIVAL. Parade Service at 10.45 a.m. Messy Church at 4.00 p.m. All are welcome.
Getting excited about our Away Day on 13th October. Everyone is invited, lunch will be provided, but please let us know if you would like to come,
Don't forget next monday is the last Summer Sunbeams! More fun and creativity to be enjoyed over the 1pm-4pm time with fruit and a biscuit (& a well-earned hot drink for the grown-ups!) at snack but squash and water available for all throughout. Come and have some last summer fun with us, just for a donation. Hope to see you there! 😊
On Saturday, 13th October (11:00 -16:00) we are holding a ‘Where is Rayleigh Methodist Church going?’ day hosted by St.Michael’s Church , Thundersley - a beautiful church in the middle of the woods!
