Wahooo thank goodness I've finally found a groomers I'm happy with! Emma is fantastic with the dogs and they look amazing!! Don't be in any doubt about Rayners groomers, the website and photos are accurate representations of how fab they are...I certainly won't be going anywhere else!

Took my pooch here for the first time and it was an excellent service, very friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. Also got my first loyalty card with Emma after ten years of taking my dog to other groomers! We will definitely be returning in 6 weeks. Bella looks beautiful too with her special added touch of a bow

Took Roxy the beagle for the first time. Lovely people they really looked after her. She had a play in the garden and some treats before we left so she was settled. On return she looked wonderful the best she's has for a long time. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Thank you Emma for taking excellent care of Milo during his first groom. He had a brilliant experience and didn't want to leave. I was so impressed with the way Emma interacted with Milo putting us both at ease. She took the time to ask me lots of questions and explained the whole process which really helped me because I am new to this. Milo felt right at home, he played in the garden and made friends with Emma's dog. We left happy with Milo's cut and whole experience, already booked in for January.

Poppy was a bit nervous when she met Emma for the first time yesterday, but on collection, she had had a wonderful time! Loved the service, the friendliness and of course the cut. Poppy has just found her regular groomer :-). Thank you so much, she looks and smells divine xx

My dog just loves his visits to Emma and Kerry, bounds in and jumps straight up on the table! Not bad for a dog who won’t let me even brush him! Excellent service all round, caring, flexible, fun and do a great grooming job to boot.

I visited Emma today for the first time with Oscar and Gertie. To say I'm thrilled is an understatement. They settled so quickly with her and she made me feel very welcome.

Oscar is nine this year and I can honestly say it's the first time I've been so happy with his cut. I'll not be taking them anywhere else in future!

I took Betty to Rayners as a nervous dog who was getting herself in a real state each time I took her to her previous groomer - shaking and shivering uncontrollably! I had mentioned this to Emma and so it was lovely that when we arrived in her lovely unit for our first appointment, she really took the time to comfort Betty, even taking her out for a walk and playing with her before she began!

Two hours later, Emma sent me a beautiful photo to say she was finished! Not only was her cut perfect, Betty seemed so happy and calm with a big,fluffy, waggy tail. Thank you Emma and I’m looking forward to her next groom with you x x

I had been recommended Rayners Groomers by a friend. I decided to book in with my one year old Cavapoo Barney for a wash and trim. Emma was so lovely and so natural with him I instantly had no hesitation with giving her the freedom to decide what haircut to give him. I was delighted when I collected him, looking very cute with his blue bow and smelling very scummy... I have already re-booked him in for 8 weeks time and couldn't recommened highly enough!!! thank you so much... and a big kiss from Barney who can now see!!!! xx

Sam my Shih-tzu is a nervous dog who can be aggressive when on a groomers table and this has been a challenge for our family, when trying to find a regular dog groomer.



Well that was until he met you and your team just over a year ago. You have built up his trust and an amazing friendship which is clearly evident when you come to pick him up, every six weeks.

Gizmo went to visit Emma today, he's a Maltese/Yorkie cross I was apprehensive as I have used the same groomer for him since I'd had him, I needn't have worried, I'm delighted with gizmo's cut and have booked his next appointment, I think this is the best cut he's had and looks very cute, wouldn't hesitate to recommend, thank you

Emma offers a totally thorough and professional service, my cocker spaniel, Buddy absolutely loved her and had a fabulous time being groomed, he came home super happy and more importantly looking so smart and handsome! Would highly recommend to all!

Buster visited Rayner's Groomers today after being recommend by a friend. I was a little nervous as it was our first time, but Emma was very welcoming and reassuring. The grooming room was clean, spacious and seemed well equipped. We discussed what kind of look I wanted and I felt very comfortable leaving Buster. When I collected him I was so pleased with his look, very handsome and he felt and smelt so good! I would definitely recommend Emma, great service, reasonably priced and you also receive a loyalty card for a free groom which is a bonus! Thanks so much Emma.
