As you lovely customers may have already seen our fantastic trio of bars @thepoisoncabinet @rayzbackroombar & @bierrexsmokeandtap are currently undergoing some very exciting refurbishments, trust us it’s going to be amazing! The Big Easter Weekend is nearly here! This Easter Thursday we will be open all the way until 1am to make sure you have the best possible start to weekend! Pop in and see us!

It’s been a long week right? It’s all good though because Friday has arrived, hopefully you have all wrapped up at work and will be coming down to @rayzbackroombar for the tastiest Cocktail concoctions in the toon!

We have partnered up with @mangroveuk and @fairdrinks to celebrate International Women's Day 2019 this weekend. We have a special menu of 3 drinks all at £7. One pound of every drink sold we donate to ASOMART. ('Asociacion de mujeres artesamas' , which translates to the 'association of women craft-workers'). ASOMART works to empower women all over the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia.
Pollera is a bright and colourful drink, just like the beautiful dresses, or pollera in Spanish, th...at cholitas wear as a statement of their indigenous heritage. The bright yellow colour is taken from the natural vivid colour of tumeric, a staple root in Bolivian cuisine.
Mocochinchi is a peach-based cider drink that is THE drink of Bolivia and is often sold by roadside tenders. Brewed using dried peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon and other spices. We brewed our own and used the natural sweetness to make a lush, easy-drinking, low-ABV tipple.

Come and try our non-alcoholic take on a Gimlet: juniper berries muddled with cucumber syrup, a dash of rose water and recycled lemon and lime cordial. Ask one of our bartenders for 'No Proof'.
