Hi I'm Rosie , I set up My business in June 2011 as a part time business and after help from Prince's trust In January 2012 the business became full time when my custom build parlour was finished . Razzle Dazzle Dog Grooming has all the equipment needed to dazzle any dog any size or personality , I am city and guilds qualified and I am fully insured. I follow all legislation to ensure the health and wellbeing of your dog , I like to hug and praise them to promote good behaviour and to make them feel at home . I been trained how to deal with dogs will all sorts of health problems and behaviour problems and adjust my techniques to suit every individual dog .

Charges :
I will charge an extra £5-10 if a dog is extremely matted price depends on the condition and size of the dog . I also will charge an extra £5 if your dog has fleas due to having to buy a special cleaning products to remove them from my parlour, to prevent cross contamination. I do not charge extra for the use of veterinarian prescribed shampoos.
Anyone who can't make an appointment you have booked please can you ring me . Please can you at least give 24 hours noticed as another dog could of taken the appointment that you had to cancel. No shows means no Money and time wasted waiting outside for no shows. If you think you may forget you appointment I can happily remind you on the day for day before just let me know when I ask you . Cancellations:
I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment due to reasons or needing to reschedule. As long as I get a minimum of 24 hour notice before your appointment , So I am able to refill the appointment you had previously booked. Cancellation under 24 hour notice may be subjected to a cancellation charge that can range from £5 - full price of the groom .
If your running late please make sure you call me as I might not have enough time to groom your dog if you to late.
Razzle Dazzle Dog Grooming has the right to refused service at any time.

🚨Annocuments.🚨 (sorry for the long post) .
Don't forget from 6th April all Wash and dry and Full groom appointments will go up by a £1. For large dogs that requires help this will be a £2 increase. Due to minimum wage and costs going up, this is to cover this.
🙂Razzle Dazzle Dog Grooming will be shut from 10th April -17th April so if you require to booked appointments please do this before or after . All messages left on my mobile will be replied once I am back open . 🙂

Tick season is here . Please check your dog out for ticks after every walk. They can come in dark grey ,White, Brown and Cream. If you find one the best way and correct way is to removed them with Tick pickers, you can buy these online or local vets or pet shops. Yourself or a vet or Myself can safely remove them for you.
Here at Razzle Dazzle Dog Grooming we always continue to learn and improve our skills and knowledge. In grooming you never stop learning. I went to a Dog seminar today hosted at Chloe's business in Broadwater. The star guest was Sue Pratt a award winning groomer. She worked her magic of My Westie Isla, fellow Groomer's Cockerpoo Bertie owned My old assistant Susie and another groomer's lahasapoo. I got to catch up some local Groomers and with My past assistants Susie and Lisa .
