My first steps into the industry started in the USA, from this I have developed the ability and techniques that will change your fitness, shape and the way you think about a healthy lifestyle. From Managing Corporate Health clubs for international companies such as Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank and Travel company TUI to managing Bootcamps and fitness retreats

Starting in Boston USA, gaining my National Academy of Sports Medicine and American College of Sports Medicine qualifications I set off to help people achieve their goals from body shape changing to weight loss, through to sedentary people being able to cope with the basic functional movements that most of us take for granted. Together with sensible, easy to understand nutritional planning /food diaries and advice with easy to use guides anyone can surpass their goals.
Using postural assessments, corrective exercise techniques and sports therapy and rehabilitation of injuries, nobody needs to ever stop training.

I qualified with Premier global learning vital skills to safely train special populations including, the training of pregnant women (anti & post), diabetics (type 1 & 2), people with high /low blood pressure, osteoporosis, asthma to name a few condition that need not abstain from exercise reducing symptoms and in a lot of cases can reverse their condition along with the use of certain foods that aid the body in dealing with some conditions.

I also specialise in self-defence courses /classes, running between 8-10 weeks on average teaching people how to not only stay safe and avoid confrontational or dangerous situations but also to be able to defend themselves should the need arise through easy to pick movements that will increase your confidence especially in those darker months.

I am also a level 1 assessor for the industry and currently studying for my level 2

A healthy lifestyle isn't something that happens over night, but with the right guidance, advice, techniques and a clean eating mentality, anyone can achieve whatever they set out to do.
Just be positive in your thinking, never say I can't, always commit to what you set out to do 100% and wake up each day wanting to take that next step and you will succeed
