I trained at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) and completed a BTEC level 5 diploma in Sports and Remedial massage which included general massage techniques. In addition I have attended courses at the Oxford University Sports complex with John Gibbons.

I can treat a wide range of soft tissue dysfunctions and injuries as well as assessing posture and muscle imbalances. In addition I do Kinesiology taping, myofascial and muscular-skeletal therapy.

I work with both professional athletes in training and competition and people seeking to improve their general health and mobility.
