My favorite jeweller! Such personal service from people who really seek to understand what you are looking for. I saw a wonderful ring but it was not completely what I wanted, so Hanna offered to have a ring custom made for me. I chose the stone myself and it could not be more perfect.

My Partner bought the most beautiful pink sapphire and diamond ring as a surprise from this shop the service was just amazing from keeping the secret yo having the ring resized. I'm going to take some old jewellery to be remodelled into some unique jewellery what an amazing service.

Went here to ask for advice about a piece of jewellery that I had broken . It was purchased here two years ago and I honestly was in total shock as to how rude the owner was.In the end I didn't even get the chance to finish my sentence before I was told " not interested your fault , you broke it , you pay for it "
If the owner hadn't been so rude and had given me the chance to continue saying " I have broken my ring and want to remodel it " he would have received the £3200 that I ended up spending at his very helpful and polite competitors just down the high street.
It is a crying shame that what used to be one of Maldons finest Jewellers has turned out to be the rudest and most arrogant retailer that I have ever encountered.
I Will never set foot in this shop again !
